Application area:

By cold rolling with pre-cutting, the automated line allows forming panels of a given length from a roll of galvanized steel strip with a polymer coating in accordance with the program task.

 

Thickness of original metal, mm: 0,5 - 0,8.

 

Metal utilization ratio ((Useful panel width / Width of the original band) – 0,8.

 

 

DRAWING OF THE CASSETTE

 

 

Cold-rolled continuously hot-dip galvanized thin-sheet metal in coils with a polymer coating GOST R 52146-2003 Steel grade – 08PS (08F/ 1008/ DC01).

Hot dip galvanized requirements:

 

- Galvanized steel of the KhSh, KhP group - according to GOST 14918-2020, or
- Galvanized steel 220, 250, 280 according to GOST R 52246-2016
- It is allowed to use similar imported sheet metal. The quality and mechanical properties must comply with the requirements of the relevant regulatory documents
- Band thickness, mm – 0,5 - 0,8
- Original band width, mm - 416 ± 1
- Panel length, mm - 775 and 1550 ± 1

Productivity (1550 mm panels as an example): 4 finished panels / min.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- A metal coil of the required width is installed on a decoiler with its own drive.

- Then the band is fed through the guides into the feeder installed in front of the crank press. Simultaneously with the supply of metal, a protective film is applied to the original band.

- The main servo drive provides a step-by-step feed of the band into the stamping zone with a given accuracy. Waste metal during punching is accumulated in the receiving hopper of the press. The ACS controls the type of part, the feed pitch of the band, the length and the number of parts produced.

- The stamped band enters the profiling mill to form the profile of the required section. Then the finished panel is formed by passing through a cutting guillotine and a shelf bending device.
