The width of the original metal coil is from 500 to 1250 mm ± 5 mm
Metal thickness from 0.3 to 0.7 mm
The inner diameter of the coil is 490/600 mm. The maximum weight of the processed metal coil is up to 1000 kg

Basic composition of the device:
1. Guide table with 3 supporting feed rolls and sink rolls.
2. Two-high mill with rubberized rolls. One of the rolls is driven, the second is press roll. Adjustment of a clamp by two adjusting screws.
3. Electrical cabinet with frequency drive and length counter.
4. Manual cut-off cutter with travel guide.
5. Coiling block with roll edge clamp and pressure bar.
6. Roll with locks and brake mechanical device for a roll of self-adhesive film.
