Automated forming lines are another type of product that is designed and produced by TD BORA LLC. This equipment is developed by our specialists taking into account the extensive experience gained in operating units and mechanisms of similar roll forming and press-forging equipment.
Forming complexes and software for automating the process of varying complexity are developed by our company's specialists. This allows you to get a turnkey solution "from one source", fully automate and optimize the forming process, reduce the batch of parts production time and changeover of the forming line.
The forming line with its components and mechanisms are made from high-quality materials that are subject to incoming quality control. The parts are heat-strengthened by volumetric, surface hardening or applying hardening coatings where it is required by the production technology. The production of components is carried out on modern high-performance equipment by qualified personnel with extensive experience.
The roll feeder is produced in several modifications, depending on the width and thickness of the original metal strip. The feeder (in all modifications) is equipped with powerful servo drives and controllers from one of the world market leaders Delta Electronics. The roller feed is attached to the press using a special design of the connecting bracket. This adjustable bracket allows you to change the position of the band feeder in relation to the plane of the forming table by rotating the handwheel, which significantly reduces the changeover time of the forming line when changing the forming equipment. Feed rolls made of explosive tool steel and heat-strengthened to a hardness of 54-56 HRC. The pressing force of the feed rolls is regulated by a separate pressure regulator. The automatic feeder is equipped with an encoder with an adjustable pressing force of its wheel to the original band.
The dressing device is used in various modifications depending on the mechanical properties of metals and their geometric characteristics. The roll straightener is equipped with its own drive. Drive power is determined by the characteristics of the metal being processed. The feed rolls in the design of the straightening machine are installed at the inlet and outlet of the straightening head. The clamping of the upper feed rolls is carried out with the help of pneumatic cylinders controlled from the control cabinet button. Roll setting of seven dressing rolls is carried out by two mechanical drives with roll gap control scales
The decoiler is produced in several versions depending on the characteristics of the original metal coil. Driven and non-driven version are provided.
