"Vertical furring" profile production line
Application area: The automated line allows cold rolling to form a “Vertical furring” profile of a given length from a coil of galvanized steel band using the cold rolling method.
Metal used:
Galvanized thin-sheet rolled products in accordance with GOST 30246-2016, 08KP in accordance with GOST 9045-93, 08KP in accordance with GOST1050-2013
Tape width - 90 mm.
Tape thickness - 0.7 mm.

1. Driven cantilever decoiler for metal with a max width of 500 mm. and max weighing 1.5 tons
2. Profiling mill with servo drive
3. Hydraulic driven press complete with cutting die
