The coiled metal decoiler with a load capacity of 10 tons is equipped with a blades spreading hydraulic drive and the wedge blades spreading mode. Type - Cantilevered with attached safety support. The wedge spreading mode provides more reliable and long-term operation of the coiled metal decoiler.

Metal decoiler 7 tons - cantilevered with an attached support, with manual spreading of the blades. The spreading the blades mode is manual by the screw drive.

Decoilers with a lower load capacity of 3 tons or 1.5 tons пare also of the cantilever type, but are not equipped with an attached safety support.

All decoilers are equipped with their own electric motion drive, equipped with a frequency speed controller, which increases the service life and allows you to synchronize its operation as part of the line. The metal decoiler is mainly controlled through a slack loop and an extension bar; it is possible to work on two sides.

For convenience of work and ensuring increased productivity, the decoiler can be equipped with an unloading and loading cart. The cart is equipped with a hydraulic lifting drive and an electric drive for movement. Cart carrying capacity - 10 tons.

Due to these design features, our decoilers are used in high-speed lines with both continuous and loop mode.

FEATURES OF EQUIPMENT BY BORA.

- our automatic coiled metal decoilers, as a rule, have their own electric drive for decoiling the metal coil;

- decoiler drives are equipped with a device for frequency regulation of rotation speed. This design solution allows to increase the service life of this mechanism and to synchronize its operation as part of automated lines;

- the device can be controlled in several ways depending on the operating modes, but almost all of them are reference to a metal slack loop;

- the increased power of the electric drive and the rigidity of construction make it possible to use them as part of high-performance lines with high dynamic characteristics;

- two types of drives are used to spread the catcher grips holding the coil, depending on the operating modes and the weight of the original metal coil - mechanical and hydraulic;

- for coils weighing more than 7 tons we recommend using devices with hydraulic spreading of the grips and the number of spreading grips - 4 pcs;

- the "wedge" grips spreading mode is used at the decoilers with over 7 tons capacity. This is a more durable and reliable mechanism;

- our decoilers configuration type is "Cantilever ";

- a safety support is installed under the catcher console to ensure the safety of the attendants on decoilers with over 7 tons capacity. When loading a coil, the support will move to the side. After hanging the coil, support is brought under the catcher console;

- recoilers and decoilers can be equipped with a loading and unloading cart with a powered hydraulic lift. Loading capacity of the cart is 10 tons.
