DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- A metal coil of the required width is installed on a decoiler with its own drive.
- Then the band is fed through the guides into the feeder installed in front of the crank press. Simultaneously with the supply of metal, a protective film is applied to the original band.
- The main servo drive provides a step-by-step feed of the band into the stamping zone with a given accuracy. Waste metal during punching is accumulated in the receiving hopper of the press. The ACS controls the type of part, the feed pitch of the band, the length and the number of parts produced.
- The stamped band enters the profiling mill to form the profile of the required section. Then the finished panel is formed by passing through a cutting guillotine and a shelf bending device.
