The BORA company offers an automated roll forming LSTS setup with automatic adjustment of channel sizes APK-300. The line produces Guide and Rack channels, with construction height from 100mm to 300mm, and height adjustment of side shelves from 50mm to 80mm.

 

Galvanized steel of the XSh, KhP, PK groups - according to GOST 14918-2020, or
Galvanized steel grades 220, 250, 280, 320, 350 according to GOST R 52246-2016
Yield stress Ϭ 0.2= 220-350 N/mm2
The thickness of the steels used is 1.2 - 3.0 mm
 

Coil width up to - 500 mm
The inner diameter of the original coil is 480 - 600 mm
Productivity - 10 -12 m/min
Installed capacity of the line - 52 kW
The line dimensions in the plan without the receiving table are 15 m x 3 m



COMPOSITION OF THE LINE:

1. Decoiler RG-5 driven, cantilever type, load capacity 5 tons with clamping device and loading cart TG-10.
Hydraulic drive for spreading blades and lifting the loading cart.

2. Automated roll-forming "APK-300" setup

 

COMPOSITION OF THE MACHINE:

2.1. DRESS FEEDING MACHINE
It is designed for dressing the original band and controlled (with size reading) feeding it into the press unit and rolling mill.
- A pair of feed rolls.
- Five straightening rolls.
- A pair of pinch rolls.
- Servo drive with external encoder.


2.2. HYDRAULIC CUT-OFF GUILLOTINE
It is designed for cutting off the band when changing the material or completing the task.


2.3. BLOCK OF PUNCHING UNITS FOR FASTENERS AND TECHNOLOGICAL HOLES
- Two movable base plates with a set of pressing and stamping units installed on them. Positioning when changing the channel size is carried out automatically by software.


2.4. THE FIRST ADJUSTABLE PROFILING MODULE PN, PS CHANNELS
- Two movable base plates with shaping carriages installed on them with shaping stands. (left and right) and cantilever presses.
- Cantilever presses are located (left, right) on each base plate. The press is designed for punching mounting, technological holes in the channel wall.
The base plates move automatically when changing to another channel type. Movement is done by software using a positioning servodrive.
- Adjustment of roll nip in the shaping stand is carried out manually via the two adjustment screws.


2.5. THE SECOND ADJUSTABLE SHAPING UNIT FOR THE FINAL FORMATION OF PN, PS CHANNELS.
- Two movable base plates with shaping carriages installed on them with shaping stands. (left and right). The base plates move automatically when changing to another channel type. The movement is carried out programmatically using a positioning servo drive
- Adjustment of roll nip in the shaping stand is carried out manually via the two adjustment screws.


2.6. DRESSING DEVICE
Designed for dressing the finished channel to ensure the required geometric characteristics. Adjustment when changing the type of channel - manual.


2.7. GUILLOTINE FOR THE FINAL CUT OF THE CHANNEL
A cut of the remaining channel jumper.


2.8. AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM
The control program can be generated as an EXCEL spreadsheet.
