This line slittes metal up to 2mm thick. During this equipment production a modular scheme for assembling components and assemblies is used. The base can be equipped with modules for slitting, transverse guillotine and a sheet dressing device at the same time. The combination of cuts can be chosen by the customer in other options: either only coiled metal slitting, or only cutting-off into sheets.

 

DRESSING DEVICE

This is a complete device which consists of 7, 9, 11 or 13 rolls placed on two powerful thrust traverses. The design also uses «shoes» that hold down the dressing rolls. The reduction of the shafts is carried out by rotating the steering wheel by the whole group at the same time.
Based on the requirements for flatness of the sheet, the dressing shafts number is calculated.

 

METAL SLITTING UNIT:

- a cutting units with terminal clamps is used, which allows not to damage the bearing shaft and provides a high speed of moving them to the working position;
- the slitting cutters unit is quickly and conveniently retracted from the cutting zone, which allows convenient and efficient maintenance;
- for the metal up to 1.0 mm thick, cutters with polyurethane rings are used to ensure better cutting of the strip;
- the coiled metal slitting line is equipped with powerful drives, allowing you to achieve high speed.

 

METAL CUTTING UNIT

It is a hydraulic guillotine of the increased power.
For cutting of the coil several options for catching the sheet are offered:
- receiving cart with ejector - catching table with ejector and sheet closer (for painted blanks);
- hydraulic catching table with automatic lowering as the pack accumulates, at the same time it can perform the function of closing the compensation pit with an electric drive (in the case of a cross-cutting combination).
Metal recoilers can have a load capacity of up to 7 or 10 tons. Both versions are equipped with band tensioners and separators.

 

AUTOMATIC RECOILER "SRG-10" UP TO 10T LC:

- cantilever wedge type with hydraulic expansion of the blades;
- recoiler drive power - 11 kW;
- coil clamping bar, hydraulic ends clamping of the bands before recoiling, hydraulic ends clamping of the bands after recoiling, hydraulically driven coil pusher;
- Hydraulic unloading cart in a set.

 

AUTOMATIC RECOILER - "RSS-7M" UP TO 7T LC:

- cantilever with attachable support, with manual blades spreading tool;
- the mode of the decoiler blades spreading by the screw drive;

- pneumatic drive of the band tensioner;
- recoiler drive power - 7.5 kW.
 
Powerful welded box structure of the drive support (plate thickness 12 mm or 16 mm) with internal frame reinforcement. Provides high structural rigidity and mounting accuracy of bearing supports. Pins and bushings of articulated arms are heat-strengthened (their resource is significantly increased)

 

In the new modification the sheet dressing unit, the threading table, as well as the slitting cutters unit have been updated.
The machine has become even more convenient to operate and maintain.
