The metal tiles lines are produced in various configurations, based on customer requests for the production volume of this type of metal tiles.

The productivity of our equipment reaches 7-9 r. m./min. while maintaining high stamping accuracy and the quality of panel joining under conditions of a high degree of automation of the production process.

THE METAL TILES PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT BY GK "BORA" FEATURES

- Increased productivity of lines with high quality of rolling and stamping step accuracy on various types and thicknesses of the original metal.
This is achieved by increasing the number of rolling stands and their high-quality geometry and heat treatment, as well as the use of two high-torque servo drives as the main drives of the rolling mill using an automatic chain tensioning system.

- The high quality of metal stamping is achieved through high-precision processing of stamping punches and dies on CNC metalworking machines, followed by fine tooling. Increased resource of punches and dies is provided by heat treatment of working surfaces to a hardness of 56-58 HRC. The presence of a sheet lubrication system at the stamping site allows high-quality stamping of metals with a matte paint finish.

- The quality of the components and the hydraulic circuit allows the equipment to operate in full line load modes. An independent system of forced cooling of the power fluid allows the equipment to be operated in hot regions of the country and abroad. For cold areas, on the contrary, an oil preheat system is provided to start work.

- Modern software that allows you to connect the ACS of the line to the enterprise network and carry out information exchange with the enterprise control server, with the ability to download production tasks and remotely track their implementation. This allows the company to reduce maintenance personnel, and hence production costs.

- Various proposed machine arrangement configurations for automatic sheet pilers and decoilers allow the customer to find the best option for himself.
