As an original material for this equipment, you can use galvanized steel coils, both domestic and imported, with a polymeric protective and decorative coating.

Thickness of metal strip, mm:

- 0,5-0,8 – for FK-1 cassettes

- 0,38-0,45 - for FK-2 cassettes

Line configuration ensures high cost-effectiveness of original material use: U/R=0.8 (U/R is the ratio of the useful width of the panel to the width of the original metal strip)

STANDARD AUTOMATED FACADE CASSETTES PRODUCTION LINE INCLUDES:

- cutting guillotine
- feeder (also may use for applying a protective film on the front surface of the cassette);

- punching, hole-punching and corner-punching presses;
- rolling mill with servo drive;
- bending device;
- hydraulic drive of presses;
- automatic control system with state software.

All available lines equipped with Delta Electronics control system for monitoring:
- the type of part,
- band feed step size
- band length
- the total number of cassettes produced

TECHNICAL FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS OF FACADE PANELS PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT:

- exact observance of the specified dimensional parameters during punching is ensured. Further simple and fast assembly of facade cassettes is guaranteed.

- metal with a polymer coating of various types can be used for the production of cassettes;

- high productivity of automated FK-1 and FK-2 lines for the production of cassettes;

- maximum efficiency in the use of original material with a minimum of waste;

- the need for maintenance personnel has been reduced (normally - 1 worker per line);
