The roll forming equipment plant of BORA Group is located in Alexandrov, Vladimir Region.
Production areas are equipped with a modern fleet of processing equipment. High-precision CNC machining centers, lathes, milling machines. Several shop areas for laser cutting of sheets, furnaces for hardening metal parts, an area for painting equipment.
The manufacturing process of rolls is based on a non-drawing production method, which significantly speeds up the time for manufacturing sets of rolls and their finishing when setting up new products.
The design department is located in Moscow.
An experienced design staff is developing on the basis of modern methods, in the best CAD / CAM programs.
