Snap-lock profile production line

The automated line makes it possible to form a panel from thin sheet steel coils with a polymer coating by cold rolling.

 

THE LINE`S DESIGN OPTION №1

This line is without panel width adjustment with fixing hole punching device. The width of the original band is fixed - 625mm ± 1 mm.

Automatic cutting of the workpiece of the required length is carried out at the input of the rolling mill using a circular automatic cutter.

Additional options:

- Perforation presses (left, right) of the original band are designed to form the panel edges overcast over the overhang bar.

- Perforation presses (left, right) of the original band are designed to form a die-cut zone when using an automatic guillotine at the output of the rolling mill.

 

THE LINE`S DESIGN OPTION №2

The line with a drive for adjusting the width of the panel with a device for perforating mounting holes. Automatic cutting of the workpiece of the required length is carried out at the input of the rolling mill using a circular automatic cutter.

Additional options:

Band width - 625 mm, thickness - 0.42 - 0.5 mm
