COILED METAL CUTTING LINE BY "BORA" GROUP: CUTTING PRECISION AND ECONOMY

Our company can offer almost any modification of equipment for metal cutting (mobile, transverse and metal slitting).

- slitting of rolled steel into strips (metal slitting lines);
- cutting into sheets of certain dimensional parameters (cutting-off lines);

The line for cross-cutting of metal by BORA Group is a universal and most demanded option. Such equipment is designed for processing coiled metal in several directions and has the widest possible functionality.

It is possible to quickly and accurately cut coiled metal of any characteristics and modifications on our equipment. It can be coiled galvanized steel, stainless steel, steel with a polymeric protective and decorative coating of various types, electrical, etc.

We bring to your attention a mobile metal cutting machine PRM, capable of metal sheets slitting up to 1250 mm wide into narrower strips (from 62 mm wide).

Due to the design solutions of our equipment, the process of line maintenance is simplified, a large number of manual operations are excluded. The operation and maintenance of our equipment is convenient and does not cause difficulties for the operating personnel.

METAL SLITTING LINES WITH DIFFERENT SHEET THICKNESS

One of the main parameters of metal slitting lines is the thickness of the metal sheet being cut in mm. This parameter determines the metal consumption of equipment and the power of the drives included in the package.

BORA Group offers metal cutting lines up to 2 mm with capability of cutting from 1.2 mm to 3 mm of sheet thickness. The most versatile option is a technique with the possibility of slitting coiled steel with 2 mm thickness.

The composition of the metal slitting lines includes a unit with 9 or 11 work rolls (standard value).

By individual order, a dressing machine with an increased number of dressing rolls can be designed and manufactured.
