OUR COMPANY OFFERS AN EXPANDED RANGE OF EQUIPMENT WITH VARIOUS WORKING FUNCTIONALITY.

It may have the following features:

- automated LSTS complex, which produces C-channels of a single standard size. During the operation of the complex there will be no need for readjustment; at the same time, full-fledged building frames can be assembled from the produced channels (no need to additionally use other channels);

- mobile LSTS machine is a complete small manufacturing unit and it is one of the innovations recently developed by BORA.

It is possible to produce two versions of this rolling equipment: a machine for the production of LSTS channels of a single type (100 mm, 90 mm) and reconfigurable machines that produce rolled products of two types.

Also in the list of our company`s LSTS equipment manufactured are automated lines designed for the production of any type channels (rack-mount and guides), a wide range of standard sizes. The rolling part in such lines is readjusted automatically.

The software of any of our assembly lines enables 3-D visualization of the projects being created. The software is used to generate the task and forwarding it to the working table.

During the operation of automated LSTS complexes, the produced channel will be marked according to the numbering available in the drawing. The exceptional forming accuracy of all holes in the channel (technological, fixing, communication) is guaranteed.

FEATURES OF LSTS EQUIPMENT BY BORA

- increased number of forming units - up to 8 pieces in one line;
- diameter of holes for anchor bolts - 12.5 mm (or other, according to the order);
- diameter of communication openings - 52 mm (or other, according to the order);
- through cutouts and cutouts of shelves for racks are made;
- 4 mounting holes are made with a recess or a recess without holes (or other according to the order);
- Cut of semicircular ends for installation of truss structures is possible;
- it is possible to arrange an additional seat.
