Profiled sheeting equipment production

Profiled sheeting lines are designed for the production of profiled sheets of various corrugation heights. BORA Group produces equipment ranging from profile C8 to H114. Automated lines make it possible to form a profiled sheeting from thin-sheet coiled galvanized steel and PPGI (Pre-painted Galvanized Iron) steel using the cold rolling.

The production of profiled sheeting equipment has been a priority for our company since 2006. For more than 15 years, we have been manufacturing and supplying automated lines and mills with a high level of operational life to the Russian regions.

Rolling mills are made in a series circuit (fan pattern) of profiling with an increased number of stands. This scheme eliminates the departure of the original metal band relative to the rolls when using metal of different thicknesses.

The increased number of stands guarantees high decorative qualities and stable geometric dimensions of the produced panels when rolling metals with different mechanical properties and thicknesses from 0.32 mm. Profiled sheeting production equipment by BORA excludes frequent readjustment of roll gaps when switching to metal of a different thickness.

BORA profiled sheeting lines are able to provide high-quality profiled sheet rolling without additional clearance adjustments over a wide range of thicknesses. The lines are equipped with powerful drives, providing a capacity of up to 35 r.m./min.

SPECIFICITY OF PROFILED SHEETING PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT BY BORA

- Sheet or coiled steel of any quality parameters with a sheet thickness range of 0.36 - 1.0 mm can be used as the basic material. It is possible to use plain galvanized or pre-painted steel of various types.

All equipment of our production can be quickly reconfigured to work with metal of a selected thickness.

- Due to the presence of a larger number of roll mill stands and more powerful drives in the configuration of the profiled sheeting production equipment, the required accuracy of the geometric parameters of the profiled sheet and its dimensional characteristics is ensured.

- Profiled sheeting equipment has a high operational resource (higher than standard characteristics for equipment of a similar class). Its significant growth is ensured, among other things, by the inclusion of heat-strengthened rolls in the lines;

- the use of 3-D cutting metal guillotines makes it possible to produce treadplates (profiled fence sheets are the most popular). Profiled edge guillotine blades are included in the line along with standard straight guillotine blades. Such profiled sheeting lines work in the standard mode and it is not required to interrupt their work to replace the blade.
