With the general development of the construction industry, the range of steel structural profiles that perform different tasks is also growing. The drywall subsystem profiles is a very popular niche today. Equipment for drywall profiles in a variety of designs can be produced by BORA. It can be a simple line with moderate productivity, made on a channel frame. Or a high-performance line made according to the “cassette type” system, where it is possible to change rolling cassettes in 15 minutes and start production of another profile size without additional readjustments. High performance can be provided by different device combinations - a guillotine with a counterweight mechanism, or a guillotine moved by a servodrive.

Equipment for mounting profiles (Strat profile) is of a more complex and heavy class. The thickness of the metal on Strat profiles reaches 3.0 mm. Most types have mounting holes, often of different shapes, which implies the inclusion of pressing equipment in the line. On the outer side, measuring marks and profile marking are applied by notching. Geometrical tolerances in mounting profiles are generally very close. All this imposes a certain level of complexity on the equipment for Strut profile production.
