The C + C systems distinctive features

It is important to note that the customer has the ability to erect low-rise construction projects up to 3 floors, having only one automated line and one standard size of steel coils and strip.
The technological capabilities of the lines, together with the design software product "Vertex BD", allow designing and manufacturing LSTS structures from one type of channel in an optimal way The weight of LSTS structures ranges from 27 - 35 kg per 1 sq. M. area of low-rise buildings.

To use galvanized steel with only one fixed width as source of material will significantly reduce overheads like:
Warehouse space for stock of different width of steel coils and strips. Also space for different width of ready channels.
Waste time for changing over tooling and adjustments.

The design of the lines is as compact as possible. The punching press and the rolling mill are located on the same base frame. This concept provides for the placement of equipment in a 20-foot container, which makes the production of LSTS mobile and whole production operations can be placed directly on construction site.

In a set of such equipment, it is recommended to include lines for production of omega- (furring) channels. Channels UC25 (U-shaped roll-formed channel) are used for wall sheathing, and furring channel UC 45 for sloped roofs. - Manual readjustment of the structural depth of the channel.
- Terminal nuts and split spacer sleeves.
- The unit of parasitic rolls (for the formation of "C-shaped" toes) moves from the rotation of the hand wheel when changing the channel  type.
- Mill drive - Delta Eleсtronics servo drive - 4 kW

Perforation Unit:
1. Hole 28 mm
2. Holes 5 mm with bullges for a rivet (or self-tapping screw)

By rotating the hand wheel, the carriage with a unit for punching (for a rivet) and for pressing the edges and a unit for punching a central hole 28 mm.
Window cut-out stamp unit (replaceable) may be completely replaced.
