Application area: Automated line allows to form a profile by cold rolling of a given length from a coil of galvanized steel band and punch holes in accordance with the program task.

 

Metal used:

Galvanized steel of the HSh, KhP, PK group - according to GOST 14918-2020, or Galvanized steel grades 02, 03, 220, 250, 280, 320, 350 according to GOST R 52246-2016

Band thickness - 1.5-2.5 mm.

WORK DESCRIPTION

A coil of metal of the required width is installed on an decoiler with its own drive. The band is then fed through guides and a dressing device into a feeder installed in front of the press. The main servo drive provides a step-by-step feed of the band into the stamping zone with a given accuracy.

Waste metal during punching is accumulated in the press receiving hopper. The ACS controls the type of part, the feed pitch of the band, the length and the number of parts produced. The perforated band enters the profiling cassette, where the profile of the required section is formed. The profiling cassette set includes a dressing device designed to straighten the finished profile in terms of “crescent” and “torsion”. Then, using a profile guillotine, the part is cut to size. The output table drops the profile into the stacking and packaging area.
