Profiled sheeting production equipment with 3d cut

BORA offers automated profiled sheeting lines for the production of fence panels with a shaped top edge.

The possibilities of traditional profiled sheeting lines are expanded due to the built-in additional 3D guillotine with a shaped cut of the sheet edge.

This new functionality allows you to automatically produce both standard panels with a straight cut and profiled sheet fence panels with a shaped top edge.

The geometry of the 3D cut is selected for a specific profile based on the technological capabilities and aesthetic appearance of the panel.

The line can be equipped with one 3D guillotine.

Additional options:

1.Disc cutter for material change (manual or automatic)
2.Coolant bath
3. Receiving driven roller table or belt conveyor
4. Automatic packer
